COVID 19 - safety guidelines
Health department guidelines are constantly changing and we will amend our policies to keep abreast of these changes
Covid 19 has proposed a challenge for all transport operators and here at Farrelly’s coaches we strive to achieve the highest standards of protection for all our passengers and drivers.
Back in June of this year we appointed Phoenix STS to do a professional Covid-19 risk assessment. This has formed our policy going forward, namely
Training for Employees
Deep Cleaning (Fogging) with Anti-Viral products for all buses. All products used are in accordance to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, Annex II, as amended by Regulation (EU) No 453/2010.
Each bus is fitted with Hand Sanitiser Dispenser at entrance.
Drivers are issued with PPE kits, anti-viral wipes, gloves, masks, touch point sanitising sprays etc
All passengers and secondary school pupils are requested to wear masks on board
All used PPE materials are stored separately and disposed of safely.
School routes will commence with 100% capacity.
It is hoped to introduce 50% capacity in the future if there is sufficient fleet capacity available.
Passengers will be allocated a seat beside classmate or sibling. This seat is to be kept for entire school year.
